Phòng Phân tích Độc chất môi trường được thành lập theo quyết định số 21/QĐ-VCNMT ngày 12/2/2007 của Viện Công nghệ môi trường.
1. Chức năng, nhiệm vụ:
- Nghiên cứu các vấn đề cơ bản của ngành độc học môi trường.
- Phân tích, đánh giá chất lượng môi trường nước, chất thải rắn và không khí phục vụ công tác quan trắc và xử lý ô nhiễm môi trường.
- Tư vấn lập báo cáo tác động môi trường.
- Chuyển giao công nghệ và các kết quả nghiên cứu ra thực tiễn.
- Xây dựng trang thiết bị Phòng thí nghiệm.
2. Nhân sự:
Hiện nay phòng có 18 cán bộ trong đó có 01 TS, 01 Thạc sỹ, 12 CN/KS và 4 khác. chuyên ngành được đào tạo bao gồm: Hóa môi trường, hóa phân tích,…
